If you have already purchased a license tier on AppSumo, you can still change it. Yes, you can either enhance or reduce the plan and get the tier you actually want & need.
How to Change the Tier?
- Log in to the Dashboard
- In the top right corner, find your profile image and click on it
- Select “Change Plan” from the menu
- From the showcased plans, select the one you would like to get
- You will be redirected to AppSumo, where you need to confirm the plan that you want
- Click on the “Continue to Payment” button
- After review, confirm the change by clicking on the “Change Plan” button
If you are reducing the plan, you will be, of course, partially refunded. If you decide to enhance it, you will have to pay the difference.
After you’re done changing the plan on AppSumo, please go back to your Dashboard and reload the page so that the new settings can take effect.
